HS Tuning is a company full of automotive enthusiasts who understand the excitement and anticipation of ordering new parts for your car online. Here is everything you need to know about shipping and delivery when ordering from www.hstuning.com:
When you place an order on our site, you'll receive a confirmation email shortly after your order goes through. This will let you know that we've received the order and we are working on getting your parts to you as fast as possible. We will send you a second email with either a tracking number or letting you know when the order is expected to ship. We take great care in packing your order carefully. It is important to us you don't receive a box full of broken or damaged parts.

Orders Placed On Weekends:
Order placed after 4pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday morning.
Free Shipping on Some Items and Orders:
Certain items on our site are listed as having free shipping. Many large or heavy items are excluded from this offer. Items listed as having free shipping will ship as quickly as possible, via: UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method on orders that qualify for free shipping. You will still have the option to expedite the shipping via your preferred method of delivery, however, regular shipping rates will then apply. We can ship internationally but free shipping is only offered within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Free Shipping Friday, Saturday and Sunday Promo:
Our new promotion for free shipping on Friday, Saturday and Sunday is an exciting new offer for our customers during Fridays and the weekends. This promotion only includes the contiguous 48 states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and all international locations. Many large or heavy items are excluded from this offer as well as all HPA products. Shipping charges may be added to the aforementioned large or heavy items.
Items Listed as Direct Ship:
We do our best to keep a healthy inventory of popular products, but some of the items on our site are shipped directly from the manufacturer. We do this to get parts into your hands as quickly as possible. This also reduces time, waste and the environmental impact of shipping. For example: if you live in Arizona and the product manufacturer of a part you purchased is in California -- we may have the manufacturer ship you an item directly so that you can receive it a full two days sooner than if we shipped it from Ohio. Another reason we do this is because it is impossible to keep every item on our website in stock at all times. Don't worry! We will ensure that you stay updated and have accurate tracking information, exactly the same way we would if an order shipped directly from our facility.
International Orders and Shipping Outside of North America:
We are very excited about having customers from all over the world! We do our best to offer reasonable shipping rates to international customers. Before ordering on our website, please know your country may charge import duties and taxes on your shipment. This is generally based on the value of the items you order. All duties, brokerage, and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. In most cases, we do not have any way to calculate those charges. If you are unsure, please check with your government before ordering. In some instances, we can predict how long a shipment will take, but things like poor weather conditions or customs clearance can create delays that are beyond our control. We do not accept any returns on international orders. If an international shipment is refused by the receiver, no refund will be issued.
Shipping to Canada:
The Canadian government imposes duties on shipments from the United States. Those duties, along with any brokerage charges are the responsibility of the receiver. Unfortunately, we are not able to estimate what those charges will be, so please check with your government before placing an order on our website. We prefer to ship to Canada via the United States Parcel Service (USPS), or DHL. We do not accept any returns on Canadian orders.
Inspecting Your Order
We package orders carefully and use trusted shippers, but please open and inspect your orders immediately after delivery. If there is shipping damage or a problem with your order, please contact us immediately via phone or email. You may be asked to provide pictures and descriptions. If you do not contact us within 7 days, it becomes more difficult for us to provide you with support. If you do not inspect your order within 7 days, we can no longer be held liable for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.
Post Office Boxes:
Many of the items on our site are too big to be delivered to a post office box. If you place an order with a post office box as your receiving address, we may contact you to make other arrangements so the shipment isn't refused by the carrier. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Military / APO:
HS Tuning will gladly ship your order to a military address / APO. All orders to APO's will be carried and delivered by the United States Postal Service, even if you choose a different carrier on our website.
Items That Cannot Be Shipped:
Certain items on our site cannot be shipped due to their hazardous nature (chemicals, batteries, etc.). Please understand that these items can only be picked up at our Westlake, Ohio facility.
